OSHA 10- AND 30- HOUR TRAINING
Our OSHA - authorized Outreach Training Programs for Construction and General Industry provide training for workers and employers on the recognition, avoidance, abatement and prevention of health and safety hazards in workplaces within construction and general industry
Through this program workers can attend 10-hour or 30-hour classes delivered by OSHA authorized training professionals. The 10-hour class is intended for entry level workers, while the 30-hour course is more appropriate for supervisors or workers with some safety responsibility.
OSHA student completion cards are issued to all students that complete courses.

CONFINED SPACE ENTRY
Employees who enter permit required confined spaces must receive training that provides understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of their duties. This 8-hour course meets the training requirements of 29CFR 1910.146 (Permit-Required Confined Spaces).

Employees who are designated by the employer to provide permit-required confined space rescue shall receive training at least once every 12 months. This 8-hour course meets the training requirements of 29CFR 1910.146 for (Permit-Required Confined Space Rescue).

HAZARD COMMUNICATION, "Right to Know"
Employers shall provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained on is introduced into their work area.

Falls are the leading cause of death in construction and general industry. Approximately 25% of these fatalities involve falls from ladders. 29CFR 1910.25 (Portable Ladders) contains specific guidelines for the construction, inspection, and use of portable ladders. This 2-hour course provides employees with comprehensive training on all aspects of safe portable ladder use.
We can also facilitate the annual cleaning and inspection of your ladders

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
This training meets the requirements of 29CFR 1910.157 (Portable Fire Extinguishers). This is a 1-2 hour class covering the safe use of portable fire extinguishers. This training can incorporate topics such as emergency action plans, and hot work permits.

This program involves creating or updating your inventory of spaces and recording hazards of each space (i.e. energy control, atmospheric etc.). The information gathered during the inventory of the spaces is then used to create a master entry permit for each space evaluated. These master permits are then used by employees as a guide when planning to enter permit spaces.
